It is a truly exquisite Rome. Born in the same way as “DOS Maderas 5 + 3” and “DOS Maderas 5 + 5 px”. Handmade and stored in the Caribbean as the first. Then the row is sent to Williams & Humbert Bodega in Jerez, where it gets a walk in a Solera system. “Dos Maderas” is Spanish and means precisely two kinds of wood, referring to the way The room is stored and matured.
The difference between the DOS Madera’s different Roms is the storage time. The luxury edition is 15 years along the way. Only 10 years in the Caribbean in Ex-Bourbon Fade and then 5 years in Spain in dishes, where there has previously been 20-year Don Guido PX Sherry I – therefore 10 + 5.
That a Rome is allowed to acquire both tastes and shades in the two ways, makes it unique and qualitative. It is often referred to as “The Lord of Rums”. Incredibly popular among refined palates, a real luxury and crown for the most nerdy Rome fanatic.
