FINS BOIS, Grande and Petite Champagne grapes congregate from the Cognac region and processed to their separate eau-de-vie. These are then skillfully mixed in spirit known as Courvoisier VSOP. VSOP stands for “Very Superior Old Pale”, which means that the youngest eau-de-vie used for the mixture is at least four years old.
