Grapes & Vinification
Rosé Sauvage is crafted with a unique blend of grapes and a high proportion of red still wine from the Champagne region to achieve its deep color and structure.
Pinot Noir (approx. 50–55%) – including 10–15% red still wine for color and body
Meunier (approx. 30%) – adds fruitiness and roundness
Chardonnay (approx. 15–20%) – contributes freshness and finesse
The wine is aged for at least 24 months on the lees, allowing it to develop complexity and refinement. The result is a rich, vinous rosé with a silky mousse and bold character.
Aroma & Taste
Aroma:
Intense and generous with notes of ripe red berries – especially blackcurrant, cherry, and wild strawberry – complemented by spicy hints of licorice, saffron, and lightly toasted bread.
Taste:
