This Champagne offers alluring aromas of ripe pear, apple and white flowers, supported by subtle notes of toasted nuts and vanilla. On the palate, it shows a harmonious balance of bright acidity, purity and a generous texture. The flavour unfolds slowly with hints of dried fruit, citrus and a lightly salty finish.
Fermentation takes place in a combination of stainless-steel tanks and oak barrels to achieve both freshness and complexity. After the first fermentation, the wine undergoes the traditional bottle fermentation and is aged for a minimum of seven years on the lees in the cellar. This long maturation results in a fine mousse, a creamy texture and well-developed aromas.
