How and by whom it is produced
This rum is a single cask from South Pacific Distillery in Fiji, made from molasses and aged in bourbon casks. Danish retailer information states that it first underwent initial maturation in Fiji before further ageing in France, and was then bottled in April 2016 as cask no. SF15. The outturn is 234 bottles for Denmark. It is bottled by Compagnie des Indes, a French independent bottler founded in 2015 by Florent Beuchet, focused on selecting rums from different origins and refining them in France.
