Champagne Brut Réserve from Billecart-Salmon originates in the classic Champagne terroir of northeastern France, where chalk-rich soils, a cool climate and carefully selected parcels form the foundation of the house’s signature style. The wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from several cru villages in the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs.
Champagne Brut Réserve opens with a refined nose of white flowers, bright citrus and delicate notes of brioche and toasted nuts. On the palate, it is lively and precise, showing a harmonious balance between fresh acidity and subtle roundness. Flavours of green apple, ripe pear and a light mineral touch support the wine’s purity and finesse.
