“Instead of sitting back and enjoying the feeling of having created the world’s most loved spirit, we decided to think even bigger and keep innovating and setting new trends. And it’s all based on our classic Baileys- ingredients.
Just think; every year we need approx. 200 million liters of fresh Irish milk to produce the perfectly velvety cream that Baileys deserves. That’s enough to make an estimated 3.3 billion milkshakes with Baileys.
This milk comes primarily from small, family-run farms. And by this we mean farms where the cows are allowed to roam freely in fields of lush, green grass that have been passed down from one generation to the next. Around some of these thousands of hectares are protected bogs, natural forests, wild fields and hedgerows. These form small oases for animals, birds, bees and butterflies, which here can find respite from the pressured nature.”
