Non Plus Ultra means “nothing beyond this” — a Latin phrase that, according to legend, was engraved on the Pillars of Hercules as the boundary between the known and the unknown world. It is also the name of our most exclusive range of ultra-premium blends, where the limits of flavour and finesse are constantly challenged and pushed further. Old St. Croix Non Plus Ultra – Very Rare is produced only when our Master Distiller selects casks of truly extraordinary quality from the finest distilleries in the Caribbean and Central America. The blends are matured in oak barrels that previously held fortified and dessert wines, adding layer upon layer of complexity, sweetness and aromatic depth. The result is an elegant, harmonious spirit with a long, refined finish.
