Old St. Croix Royal Danish Navy – Naval Cadet is the result of a collaboration with the Cadet Association at the Royal Danish Naval Officers’ Academy — the world’s oldest naval officers’ school, founded in 1701. The blend pays tribute to the sailors who helped secure peace around the Danish West Indies, and to the young cadets who today are preparing for new missions on the world’s oceans. A portion of the sales supports the Cadet Association’s work, and by the end of 2024 the collaboration had generated more than DKK 260,000.

Nose
An elegant, deep aroma of liquorice root, orange peel and coconut, pronounced esters, mint, and a hint of dried/overripe fruit.

Palate
A sweet, rounded and powerful taste that balances its richness with green notes of eucalyptus and mint, yellow citrus tones, and bitterness from liquorice and balsamic.

Finish
Long and lingering, shifting from fruity and soft to even softer, warm notes of leather.
