Luna Argenta – Bianco Appassite 2024 75 cl.

Luna Argenta is a charming white wine that strikes a chord with wine lovers who appreciate richness, a touch of charming sweetness, and freshness. These elements effortlessly come together in this white wine from the westernmost part of Sicily.

Luna Argenta is a blend of the local Catarratto grape, along with Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and a hint of Moscato. As with the popular red wines from the same series, a portion of the grape clusters is dried after harvest, concentrating the sugar and aromatic compounds, giving the final wine an extra ‘boost.’

Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, preserving the original grape aromas at the forefront of the bouquet.

The aroma and taste offer notes of peach, citrus, and tropical fruit such as melon and mango, with delicate floral undertones. The palate is rich, fresh, and intense, with a long, persistent finish.

Luna Argenta Bianco is perfect for an impromptu glass and also works well as a versatile food wine.

Serve at 8-11°C.
