Very intense with great aromatic complexity. The primary aromas caress the nose with subtle notes of violets and roses, combined with ripe red fruit. Soft, creamy, fresh, and elegant on the palate, with a long-lasting finish. The acidity is perfectly balanced, keeping the cava fresh.
This cava is made from Garnacha grapes grown in organic vineyards in the highlands of Valencia. A truly great companion to many meals – especially fish.
