Harmonic Grace presents Roseisle’s modern Speyside style at its most refined: a pure, precise spirit matured for 14 years and bottled at natural cask strength for maximum vitality. The profile is bright and green with layers of vanilla, pastry and apple—conceived as a polished “aperitif malt.” The nose opens with soft vanilla sponge, fresh-cut grass and green apple peel, then caramelised apple pie and gentle nuttiness. On the palate it’s medium-bodied and exact: creamy vanilla and shortcrust meet citrus/apple notes, a touch of roasted nuts and discreet oak; the texture is clean and coherent. The finish is clear and medium in length, with a flicker of white pepper, a nutty-spicy tail and fresh green fruit.

About the release
This is the oldest official Roseisle to date within Diageo’s Special Releases. The 2025 edition is bottled at 55.9% and matured in a mix of refill and rejuvenated casks to showcase the distillery’s natural character without heavy wood influence.

Enjoy neat in a tulip glass; a few drops of water open the vanilla and green fruit. Excellent with aged hard cheeses, delicate seafood, salted almonds or around 70% dark chocolate.
