Franca Contea – Mia Dusat Dosage Zero (Franciacorta DOCG) is a razor-dry, elegant Franciacorta with no dosage—meaning no sugar is added after disgorgement. The result is a wine of pure precision: clean fruit, bright acidity, and a firm, mineral-driven finish that feels both fresh and serious.

In the glass it shows a pale golden colour. The nose is clean and expressive, with stone fruit such as apricot and peach, ripe citrus, crushed nuts, and a subtle buttery note. On the palate it is dry and focused, combining fresh yellow fruit and citrus with nutty nuances and a long, persistent finish. Extended ageing on the lees adds depth and a beautifully balanced texture, even in this fully dry style.

Serve well-chilled and allow a little air in the glass. It’s excellent as an aperitif when you want something truly dry, and it also shines with food—especially shellfish, fish starters, sushi, lighter white-meat dishes, and vegetable-based cuisine where the wine’s freshness and tension enhance the dish.
