Indian Wells Chardonnay is an inferno of tropical and exotic bottled fruits. White wine that is full-bodied, almost a little fat, velvety soft and pleasant with a nice and charming fruit taste of pineapple and mango and a little cream caramel, which often characterizes cask-aged Chardonnay. Ideal for seafood salad and grilled, light fish, creamy cheeses and caesar salad. The wine is aged “sur lie”, a way to give especially white wines more complexity, fullness and obesity by leaving the wine on the sediment, also called the lees.
Vinification: 8 mrds. barrel storage “sur lie” on French and American oak.
