Aperol contains, among other things, the main ingredients of pomerans, gentianrod, rhubarb and kinin, but of course we keep the recipe secret.
Aperol has a unique taste that is easily recognizable. The taste is well balanced; bitter and spicy mixed with sweetness. Aperol smells of orange peel, spices and little vanilla.
Aperol is an Italian aperitif that is best enjoyed and most often in the popular signature drink Aperol Spritz. The drink is easy to recognize with his orange color, and the taste became so popular that the recipe has not changed since it was created in 1919.
