2025 Ultimate Provence Côtes de Provence Rosé is a modern interpretation of the classic Provence rosé. The wine presents a delicate, pale colour with copper and silver reflections and a fresh bouquet of red berries, citrus and floral notes, elegantly rounded off with a touch of spice. On the palate, it is lively and harmonious with a silky texture, crisp acidity and a long, refreshing finish, making it ideal both as an aperitif and with light dishes.

Made from 30% Cinsault, 30% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah and 10% Rolle. The grapes are harvested early to preserve freshness. The must undergoes cold fermentation at 16–18 °C and a short period of lees ageing to achieve complexity and roundness before the final blend.
