Three Cents comes from Greece and was created by bartenders in Athens, with one goal: mixers that match the quality of the drinks you want to build. Mandarin & Bergamot Soda is their love letter to Mediterranean citrus — sun-ripened mandarin paired with bergamot’s elegant, perfumed “tea-citrus” character and a finish that feels fresh and grown-up.

What can you use it for?

1) As a premium long-drink mixer

• Gin + Mandarin & Bergamot → an aromatic Mediterranean highball that stays dry and refreshing

• Vodka + Mandarin & Bergamot → clean citrus, light and seriously thirst-quenching

• Bourbon + Mandarin & Bergamot → surprisingly bar-worthy: fruity citrus meets warm vanilla/caramel notes

2) As a twist on classics

• Bergamot Collins (quick version): gin over ice, top with the soda, optionally add a small splash of lemon for extra snap

Mandarin & Bergamot Highball

1. Fill a large glass with plenty of ice.

2. Add 50 ml gin (or vodka/bourbon).

3. Top with Three Cents Mandarin & Bergamot Soda.

4. Give it one stir.
   Garnish: mandarin peel or a lemon twist (keep it minimal — let the bergamot do the work).
