Hendrick’s is a name that has become synonymous with the revived fortunes of gin in general. It is quite unlike anything else on the market, with a distinctly flavourful, aromatic profile rich in cucumber and rose petals. Serve this 5 cl measure with a quality tonic and garnish with a slice of cucumber.
Hendrick’s Gin is produced in the traditional way with juniper and coriander. What makes it special is that cucumber and rose petals are also added, which gives this gin a wonderfully mild and fresh taste. It is of course perfect for a gin and tonic. Suggestion: Gin and tonic with a twist – Hendrick’s Gin – Indian tonic water – Cucumber slices – Optional cucumber juice
Pour the gin into a tall glass with ice cubes and top up with tonic. Stir and garnish with finely sliced cucumber. You can also add 1 cl of freshly pressed cucumber juice to enhance the cucumber flavour.
