Bepi Tosolini Grappa Vite d’Oro Classica is a traditional, elegant Italian grappa from the Tosolini family in Friuli. It is made as a classic “house grappa” – clean, aromatic and soft enough to enjoy after a good meal, yet with a clear character from the grape skins.
The Bepi Tosolini distillery is known for its craftsmanship, working with fresh, carefully selected pomace (the grapes are not pressed completely dry), which is distilled shortly after pressing to preserve the freshest and most aromatic notes. Distillation takes place in traditional copper pot stills in small batches, resulting in a grappa with a finely balanced profile of fruit, flowers and gentle spice.
Style and character Vite d’Oro Classica is typically a bianca (clear) grappa, without barrel ageing or with only a very short time in neutral vessels, so that the natural grape aromas are in focus.
