La Villaudière is a classic Sancerre that expresses the finesse and minerality of the region. The wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc from 30–40-year-old vines, grown on a mosaic of terroirs: 65% limestone-rich Caillottes, 30% Kimmeridgian marls known as Terres Blanches, and 5% Silex. The nose is fresh and aromatic with notes of white peach, exotic fruit, and floral hints. The palate is harmonious and precise, with lively acidity, mineral tension, and a clean, persistent finish.

The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately from 47 parcels. The must is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. The wine is aged on its lees for several months to gain complexity and texture.
