Distilled according to the “Tosolini method”, this grappa was selected for aging in American Ex – Sherry (Oloroso) oak casks in the family’s cellars. A precise blend that is very rich on the palate with enveloping notes of vanilla, raisins, sweet spices and hazelnuts.

Intense yellow color with coppery orange shades. On the palate it is complex and fragrant, with enveloping notes of vanilla, raisins, sweet spices and hazelnuts. This noble blend of marc of grapes from Friuli is aged in American oak barrels that previously contained Sherry (Oloroso). Only 2001 bottles produced. Available in an elegant wooden box.

serve at room temperature in the classic tulip glass. In the summer period, the best temperature in the cellar is around 16/18°C.
