How to make a Limocello Tonic

  1. Fill a large glass with plenty of ice.

  2. Pour in 50 ml limoncello.

  3. Top with 120–150 ml tonic.

  4. Stir gently.

  5. Garnish with a lemon slice (or lemon twist). Rosemary or mint is a great upgrade if you have it.

Tip: Want it extra zesty? Squeeze in a small lemon wedge. Prefer it lighter? Use 40 ml limoncello and a bit more tonic.
