In 2013, it was exactly 175 years since the Danish pharmacist Albert Heinrich Riise opened the doors to his pharmacy on Saint Thomas in the Danish West Indies. His passion for the art of distillation and his love for the raw materials of the West Indies laid the foundation for the Old St. Croix brand. To mark this historic anniversary, our Master Distiller has created an extraordinary blend – with respect for tradition and an eye for quality.

Nose
Orange marmalade, shortbread, toffee, and vanilla. We are first met with cooling mint on a base of caramel and leather, finishing with a hint of citrus.
Taste
Eucalyptus, ripe plums, and a touch of white tea with bergamot oil.
