Origin & Bottling
\nA rare and exclusive single malt from Bunnahabhain, distilled on 8 October 2001 and matured for 23 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask (cask no. #1436, with some labels incorrectly stating #1438). Bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage as part of their prestigious Symington\u2019s Choice Cask Strength Collection. Only 540 individually numbered bottles were released, at a robust 59.5 %, with no chill-filtration or added colouring.

\nDeep sherry influence with notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, raisins, and a gentle maritime salinity, balanced by robust oak.
\nPalate
\nFull-bodied and rich with layers of toffee, spiced orange, roasted nuts, and figs \u2013 where the sweetness of the sherry meets an elegant coastal character.
\nFinish
\nLong, warming, and complex with lingering notes of sherry-soaked fruitcake, soft oak tannins, and a subtle hint of sea breeze.
