\nBalkan Peat \u2013 Double Cask has been aged for two years in small Bulgarian oak barrels before being transferred to 200-liter bourbon casks. This edition is the \u201cbig brother\u201d of our 3rd Release, which won Gold for Best Danish Small Batch Whisky at the World Whisky Awards 2025.
\nBalkan Peat \u2013 Double Cask is lightly peated, with floral and honeyed elements. The smoke is subtle and smouldering, developing gradually on the finish.

\nFinish: Floral notes and smouldering peat smoke
