Don Fulano A\u00f1ejo is a finely aged tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, made from 100% Blue Weber agave, which is only harvested when the plants are at least 10 years old and perfectly mature. After distillation, this tequila is aged for at least two and a half years in used French wine barrels, with some resting for up to five years! The interaction between the agave and the wood is simply divine. Bravo!<\/p>\n

\nBehind Don Fulano stands the Fonseca family, a dedicated agricultural family for at least five generations. In the 1960s, they shifted focus from grains and fruit entirely to Blue Agave (Agave tequilana). Sustainability and responsibility are core to the family\u2019s ethos, and they have little regard for the massive industrial factories that have increasingly dominated the agave market.<\/p>\n
Today, the family\u2019s exceptional tequila is produced at the La Tequilena distillery in Jalisco, always from 100% agave and without any additives.
