When we’ve been asked what our next beer creation will be, our answer has always been short and simple: Something Sour!<\/p>\n
Now, it’s finally here: Something Sour is the first in a new series of fresh Sour beers from Fan\u00f8 Bryghus. A delicate Kettle Sour with mango and passion fruit, beautifully complemented by its refreshing and tart taste \u2013 just perfect for puckered lips!<\/p>\n
Malt: Extra Pale, wheat malt, dextrin malt.<\/p>\n
Hops: Northern Brewer.<\/p>\n
Brewed with: Mango, passion fruit, and oats.<\/p>\n
Aroma: A thirst-quenching fusion of tropical fruits, mango, and passion fruit.<\/p>\n
Yeast: Wild Brew Sour Pitch, Ale yeast.<\/p>\n
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, oats, hops, yeast, mango puree (5%), passion fruit (from concentrate, 1.6%). Energy per 100 ml: 226 kJ\/54 kcal.
\nStore in a dark and cool place.<\/p>\n
