Luna Argenta is a blend of the local Catarratto grape, along with Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and a hint of Moscato. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, preserving the original grape aromas at the forefront of the bouquet.<\/p>\n
