\nTASTING: The prolonged aging gives this selected grappa reserve a unique sensory imprint. Its exceptionally deep color hints at the aromatic power and smoothness that are found during tasting. The barrel has developed the spicy aromas exceptionally, with distinct notes ranging from pepper and cloves to nutmeg and brown tobacco, from anise to licorice.

The Producer:
\nPaolo Marolo is the founder of this remarkable distillery, located on the outskirts of Alba, between the renowned wine regions of Barolo and Barbaresco in Piedmont. Marolo enjoys great recognition and is highly respected among connoisseurs and restaurateurs in Italy, Europe, and the United States.
