Equal parts art and alchemy \u2013 that’s how Compass Box describes their new whisky, Nectarosity. It\u2019s a blend of no less than 11 components, including a generous amount of Linkwood from sherry casks (including Palo Cortado casks \u2013 wow!), Compass Box favorite Clynelish, and grain whisky from Cameronbridge and Girvan. The whisky is inspired by French p\u00e2tisserie and the sweet joys of life \u2013 and it\u2019s safe to say they\u2019ve nailed that flavor profile.<\/p>\n
Color: Golden like a freshly baked croissant.
\nAroma: Honey, ripe pears, and juicy nectarine. A hint of tropical fruit \u2013 perhaps pineapple \u2013 alongside plenty of toffee and caramel.
\nTasting notes: Sweet, fruity, and creamy with medium body, showcasing all the notes from the aroma.<\/p>\n
