\nBodega Abasolo El Whiskey De Mexico is the first and only corn whiskey produced and distilled from 100% Mexican native corn.
\nAbasolo whiskey is made using a unique traditional method of the cooking technique called nixtamalization. This method helps to receive the deepest notes of cacahuazintle corn. This corn grows only at more than 7,000 feet above sea level and is found exclusively in elevated valleys throughout the states of Mexico, Tlaxcala and Puebla.
