Butcher’s Cut ros\u00e9 is made from carefully selected grapes from Argentinean vineyards.
\nThe grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness and brought to the winery, where the must is fermented at a cool temperature to retain the fresh fruit in the wine. When the wine has reached the ideal alcohol and sugar level, fermentation is stopped, thus ensuring a wine with perfect fruit and freshness.<\/p>\n
