\nPaso Robles warm climate produces Cabernet Sauvignon with perfect tannins and flavor.
\nSan Lucas’ (Monterey) warm days and cool nights add bright red fruit and notes of herbs.
\nLake County vineyards produce intense and harmonious wines with jammy fruit and ripe tannins.
\nSlow Press Cabernet Sauvignon undergoes a malolactic fermentation. The grapes are gently pressed, which adds depth to the flavor and enhances the natural fruit character. The wine matures in American and French oak for six months.<\/p>\n
