Signatory Vintage unveils a new series, “Symington’s Choice,” highlighting the most exceptional casks from the Pitlochry warehouses. This 25-year-old Macallan is a single cask distilled on September 24, 1997, and aged in Oloroso sherry casks. It was bottled on February 9, 2023, at its natural strength of 54,8%, non-chill-filtered, and without added colorant. This is a limited edition, with only 649 bottles available.<\/p>\n
