Tarquin’s Yuzu and Lime Gin is a limited edition expression created after inspiration struck founder and master distiller Tarquin Leadbetter while experimenting with these flavors during the chef’s training at Le Cordon Bleu. Thanks to the integration of the citrus fruits, gin spirits are said to have an “exotic edge” that sets them apart from other expressions.<\/p>\n
The gin spirit is said to have notes of wild pomelo, cherry blossom and candied lime with yuzu, orange blossom and soft juniper on the palate. Leadbetter says “”Yuzu is such a remarkable fruit, this very special gin makes an excellent gin and tonic or yuzu Spritz garnished with fresh mint and cucumber.”<\/p>\n
