Frigate Cove Sauvignon Blanc is 100% handcrafted and made from grapes that ripen slowly in the cool climate. This gives a deep and aromatic taste. Modern vinification means that when the grapes are harvested in the cool evening hours, they are de-stemmed and quickly pressed. Pure yeast strains are added to emphasize the fruity taste of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, which preserves the refreshing fruit nuances and aroma in the finished wine.<\/p>\n
