Hatozaki Blended Whiskey is a premium blend, containing many different whiskies, which are up to 12 years old. Hatozaki has a very high proportion of malt whiskies, which is a minimum of 40%.<\/p>\n
The distillery is designed to produce Japanese single malt whiskey and has been named the Kaikyo Distillery after the famous Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge that lies in front of the distillery. While the single malt matures in the warehouses, they have produced this blend.<\/p>\n

Hatozaki was named after the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan, a symbol of safety and guidance from ancient times, which has thus been inducted into Japan’s List of Historic Monuments.
