This is pinot noir with an overseas accent, which is similar to welcoming, easy-flowing wine with fruit without accompanying tannins.<\/p>\n
Lynx is unbottled drinking pleasure held in a style that respects the grape’s identity without pretending to be a (half-hearted) copy of its French origin.
\nPinot Noir stands behind red Burgundy, but California has proven to be a good, new home for this otherwise very picky grape variety.<\/p>\n
In this interpretation, there is a nice touch of overseas sunshine in the wine, and a short stay on oak has rounded the wine further, so it appears drinkable and user-friendly. Aroma and taste are in the red fruit department with a hint of forest berries. There is no unusual bassiness in the wine – this is a rounded Pinot with a good mouthwatering effect.<\/p>\n
Served slightly below room temperature – preferably at 14-16\u00b0 – this is a suitable companion for light meat dishes, but also try it for not too strong pasta dishes or as an unorthodox but well-functioning side dish for fried salmon.<\/p>\n
