Palmer & Co La Reserve is a creamy and elegant cuv\u00e9e composed of 50-55% Chardonnay, 30-35% Pinot Noir, and 10-15% Pinot Meunier from some of the best Premier and Grand Cru fields in Reims. Up to 35% are reserve wines from previous vintages, which gives a nice depth and complexity. This is a fairly large proportion of reserve wine, and that is also why the wine is called La Reserve. The champagne is “sour lie” for three to four years and has a dosage of 8 g\/L.<\/p>\n
