After 10 years ageing in contact with the \u2018flor\u2019, it has a unique personality.Just one cask, the number 38 found in Bodega La Constancia has been selected from 149 casks making up this historical solera.<\/p>\n
Appearance
\nPale amber colour, bright and with shades of copper.<\/p>\n
Palate
\nOn the palate, very potent, creamy, salty and very tasteful. Its finish is extremely long, almost unctous and fatty, leaving an eternal, spicy, tasty, creamy and subtly bitter aftertaste. A wine that reflects the thin line between a Fino and a Amontillado.<\/p>\n
Aroma
\nVery complex nose where the marked aromas of veil of flor are accompanied by subtle reminders of noble oak, vanilla, camomile, dried fruits, orange peel and caramel.<\/p>\n
