Dos Maderas Seleccion is a blend of carefully selected casks of the popular Dos Maderas 5 +5 mixed with 10 year rums from Barbados and Guyana. This new blend of different casks is bottled at 42%.<\/p>\n
The difference between de Dos Madera’s different rums is the aging time. The PX edition is 10 years in the making. First 5 years in the Caribbean in ex-bourbon casks and then 5 years in Spain in ex-sherry casks. 2 years in former Dos Cartados Olorosa casks and then 3 years in 20-year-old Don Guido PX casks \u2013 therefore 5+5, maybe even 5+2+3 \u2026 hence the name Tripple Aged Rum!<\/p>\n

First comes a sensation of a dry rounded old rum. Next come pleasant, soft and sweet notes from the old PX sherry casks<\/p>\n
