HARMONIOUS, CREAMY AND FULL
\nThis Shiraz is deep black with a wonderfully expressive aroma of plums, black cherries and a little freshly ground pepper. The taste balances with a harmonious creamy structure and long fullness with a whole palette of fruit aromas.<\/p>\n
Serve Crystal Bay, Shraz with a good piece of meat, for example from the grill.<\/p>\n
Serving temperature: 16-18\u00b0C<\/p>\n
Manufacturing
\nThe grapes are harvested at optimum maturity and undergo a long fermentation. This is done quickly, extracting good color and intensity from the grapes. After fermentation, the wine is aged for additional complexity before being bottled.<\/p>\n
