Riesling thrives in the Columbia Valley area. Riesling is one of those grapes
\nwhich is excellent for making crisp, fresh white wines and when the grape gets
\nplenty of sun, the aromas become wonderfully floral and sweet in the middle of it
\notherwise fine, slightly severe acid. This Riesling appears straight and clean, very elegant
\nand closes itself elegantly with the sweetness of white peaches and tangerines. Correct
\nlovely white wine and winemaker Bob Bertheau states that it is his own
\nfavorite wine for fresh oysters.<\/p>\n
Vinification: Cold fermented on steel tank.
\nTasting notes:
\nPure and simple Riesling, slim and classic and yet with a little
\noverseas touch and sweetness like white peaches and
\nmandarins.
