Quinta da Valeira is a small, family-owned house, which on the quinta of the same name has almost 10 hectares of vineyards in the butter hole between Cima Corgo and Douro Superior, a few km from S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o de Pesqueira. I 430-500 m.o.h. grown a variety of the classic port wine grapes on impassable, slate-clad mountain sides.<\/p>\n
When exploring this reserve ruby, you will find a sociable, dark, vinous port wine with good body, light fatness and a rounded finish. Good complexity paired with a drink-friendly profile provides a sympathetic combination that is hard to look angry at.<\/p>\n
