The grapes are sourced from different high-lying areas, which results in freshness in the grape material and ensures a long growing season, which gives good complexity in the finished wine. Storage on quality oak gives a perfect maturation of the wine and adds gentle, creamy nuances.<\/p>\n
Les Mougeottes is an intense and extremely well-crafted chardonnay with expressive citrus, peach and lightly-toasted notes from the storage, kept in check by a life-giving acid freshness.
\nThis chardonnay delivers a superb combination of concentration and finesse that is usually reserved for far more expensive wines.<\/p>\n
Enjoy the wine, at a serving temperature of approx. 9-12 \u00b0, for hearty fish dishes, for fried poultry, for filling salads or as a hearty aperitif wine.<\/p>\n
