Sun Toom<\/p>\n<p>Part of a series of drainage from Acceshi dedicated to Japan&#8217;s 24 Solar Terms. Each release will explore the effects that local climate, wildlife and agriculture have on the final product.<\/p>\n<p>Boshu (Sowing of the Grain) has been distilled by peat barley and has been ripened in a combination of ex-bourbon, wine, mizunara and sherry tree before they were married.<\/p>\n<p>About 9,000 bottles were released.<\/p>\n<p>Nose: Vanilla fertilizer combined with some bonfire, drying taste: citrusic acid, some tropical fruits, caramelsets along with bonfire.
