This beautiful, handmade gin is inspired by the citrus plants in Spain. It is infused with Iberian pink grapefruit, and the taste is delicate and sweet with notes of citrus, which paves the way for an explosion of pink grapefruit.<\/p>\n
In addition to grapefruit, the gin is made on juniper, coriander seed, kassiabark, violet, angelicarod, licorice root, sweet oranges, lemon peel, lime flowers, lemon balm, clove and chamomile.<\/p>\n

Whitley Neill Gin is made of a 100% grainspiritus that is infused with Botanicals before it is distilled in a beautiful, antique copper pot, called ‘Constance’ and is over 100 years old.
