Brooklyn Gin is a handmade gin manufactured in New York, USA, with fresh citrus peels and handpaired juniper. By cutting the citrus fruits in the hand and releasing the essential oils in the juniper, a more vivid gin than gins from distilleries using frozen or dried citrus peels.<\/p>\n

It all started in 2010, when the founders of Brooklyn Gin, Emil J\u00e4ttne and Joe Santos, sat down to produce a high quality handmade gin in their own terms.<\/p>\n
On the distillery, they perform everything in hand. It takes more time and requires more forces, but they believe that it can be tasted in the very first slurk.<\/p>\n
The distillery uses a Christian Carl copper boiler. Each batch gives 300 bottles gin and the process takes three days. The gin is distilled by local fruits and a base spirits made by 100% American corn that derive from small, American farms.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
