Production and maturation<\/h3>\n

The Chita is produced at Chita Distillery<\/strong>, located on the Chita Peninsula in Aichi, central Japan. The distillery was founded in 1972 by Keizo Saji, Suntory\u2019s second Master Blender, with the purpose of creating high-quality Japanese grain whisky.<\/p>\n

The whisky is made primarily from corn and distilled using a continuous multiple-column distillation process. This helps create a clean, smooth and elegant spirit.
