Domaine Fourrey Chablis Premier Cru C\u00f4te de Lechet<\/h3>\n

How it is produced:<\/strong> The grapes come from the Fourrey family\u2019s parcels in C\u00f4te de Lechet, where they have around 3.5 hectares on clay-limestone soils. Jean-Luc Fourrey has led the estate since 1992, and the wine is vinified in stainless steel before being aged partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels of different ages, giving texture without dominating the fruit. The estate is family-owned, located in Milly near Chablis, and works with a clear focus on terroir and environmental care.
